1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ROC Tracker platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscription and Premium Features

Certain features of the platform (Enterprise Tier) require a paid subscription. By purchasing a premium tier, you agree to the recurring billing policies managed by our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but partial month refunds are not provided.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Engage in automated scraping or bulk extraction of our proprietary analytics layers without explicit API access.
• Resell or redistribute the processed dataset interfaces as a standalone product.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, reverse-engineer the database, or disrupt the server's operation.

4. Intellectual Property

While the raw ROC data is derived from public records, the organization, interface, estimated analytics algorithms, and codebase of ROC Tracker are protected intellectual property. You may not duplicate our interface or proprietary tools.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
